My legal career has focused on disputes involving government authority, institutional conflict, and the complex incentives that shape public decision-making. I have advised energy and manufacturing companies and litigated over regulations from the U.S. Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Energy, among others.
LOSS OF POWER imagines what might happen if those tensions moved beyond courtrooms and into a national crisis. The novel combines real-world legal dynamics with modern infrastructure vulnerabilities—including the electrical grid systems that quietly sustain everyday life.
